Destination Outback Registration
What does the trip involve?
Pack up your 4WD full of camping gear and get ready to explore the Australian Outback with the Rotarty Club of Dubbo South. Destination Outback 2026 will be travelling through and staying at locations such as Bourke, Wanaaring, Thargomindah, Eromanga, Windorah, Jundah, Isisford, Blackall, Adavale, Quilpie, Eulo, Hungerford & Louth.
We will be driving on dirt roads and raising funds for causes close to our hearts such as the Royal Flying Doctor Service, the Pink Angels, the Sing Out Choir and Macquarie Home Stay as we pull into each town for fun, auctions, entertainment & fellowship.

How do I register?
Step 1. Scroll down and if you have already logged into the Rotary website in the past, click on "already have an account" and follow the prompts. If you do not have an account, click on "create an account" and follow the prompts. Fill in the information and read the "Terms and Conditions" of the event, click "Next Step".
STEP 2. Create a fundraising page, hit "Next Step".
STEP 3. Either create a car, or join a car. We encourage you to have a team captain who initially registers and creates the car. If you do not have a car and you are travelling with a friend, the team captain can then invite you to join their car.
STEP 4. Pay for your meal ticket. The ticket is $850.00 which includes meals but does not include accommodation (besides a place to roll out your swag). You are not registered unless you pay for your meal ticket.
STEP 5. Share the links for your car page to raise a minimum of $2,500.00. You will also have an individual fundraising page. Your car will also have its own fundraising page - please only fundraise against your car.
Participants in the event must raise $2,500 per car by the 10th of July 2026. To participate in the event, the minimum fundraising amount per car is $2,500. Those that are not able to raise these funds will not be able to participate in the event.
STEP 6. Load content onto your car page. You can post updates as you get ready for the trip, or on the trip.
How many registrations are permitted?
Due to the small communities that we visit we need to cap registrations at 150 people and cars at 50.
