I am delighted to be taking part in my 4th Tour de OROC this year to support the amazing work of the Macquarie Homestay, a cause close to my heart, with many of my patients regularly accessing this valuable service. The Homestay makes a real difference to all kinds of people, some in the happiest of times expecting new additions to the family, and others in much more vulnerable times. Tour de OROC provides a great opportunity to increase community awareness of the amazing service they provide, and it aligns with my work at Walgett AMS. It has been a great privilege to be involved from my time working in Dubbo base and the development of the first stage of Macquarie Homestay, through to current times working in a community serviced by the Homestay and their exciting new developments!My Achievements

Less than a week to go!
Tuesday 30th Sep We have less than one week to go before rolling out of Dubbo! Exciting times ahead, as we travel through the communities serviced by the Macquarie Homestay. We have been busy with the final details of the event and of course trying to keep up my 10hrs a week on the bike has been a bit of a challenge, but hopefully will roll into next week firing.
We're back!
Thursday 28th Aug Hi Everyone, we are on again for OROC! After Everst Base Camp, its time for something a bit flatter and lower 😂 Hopefully the training still counts. We will be having a dinner at the Sporto in Walgett on Friday the 10th of October with details to come, and will be riding in on the afternoon of the same day, if anyone wants to join us for the last little leg into Walgett I have a few spare bikes so let me know. This year I am privileged to have the support of my employer WAMS for which I am very grateful.
